I feel like The Future Human: New Ways of Living and Being On Earth by Lee Harris with Regina Meredith is a great read for those who need some of the woo woo explained that is going on in our world without the topic being too scary.

I found the book, The Future Human, listening to Regina Meredith on the JeffMara Podcast. Regina is a journalist who started out in sports reporting if I recall correctly and ended up going deeper into the rabbit hole. Lee Harris is an energy intuitive and channeler. He channels his guides which are referred to as the Z’s. The book is a transcript of a channeling where Regina asks Lee questions. It was recorded in 2023 and then transcribed for the book.

Part 1 is titled Ushering In the New Human focuses on where Earth and humanity are headed. The Z’s talk about Edgar Casey and how he was pressured to predict because he was so well-known for his gift. But his predictions were important to consciousness and getting us to this point. Timeline predictions are less certain now because consciousness has sped up. From now until 2032 is a very crucial time for people to be able to influence the future. Right now, we are seeing corruption in the power/government systems. We are going to see a battle between the system and the people, but there is no need to take to the streets. The Z’s say the “old guard” are fiercely trying to control humanity, but higher consciousness is affecting them like us. It’s not energetically possible for them to control us at this time. It will be messy until 2023, but eventually humanity and the Earth will go to the next level. There will be new ways of living, new ways of restoring health, and humans will remove toxicity that has been pumped into the atmosphere and into human. The Z’s encourage those who are here to innovate to do so. Innovation is the best weapon against the old systems.

Part 2 is titled The Evolution of the Human Body. Society is experiencing what the Z’s call an “awakening in awareness, in intuition, in the higher mind and the visionary mind.” People will feel and perceive truth a little more. They remind us truth is relative to the stage you are in. So be kind to one another when we speak our truth.

Part 3 is titled The Evolution of the Human Mind. This gets into AI. This book has been able to take the dark and show the light. So, let’s get into it. The risk of AI is that it will mimic human imagination, human creation, and human intelligence and people will sit back and won’t be able to do the skills they once were. Even with the risk, humans taking a back seat won’t last long. Humans are designed to be alive and engaged not a robot served by a robot. The Z’s say AI will never replace humans. They add it depends on who is in charge of the reins and if they are benevolent. This is where they say it gets volatile and to watch out for AI through 2040. It’s not AI, it’s those in control who need to be dealt with. AI can help humanity with problems like environmental, pollution, and toxins, the Z’s ask who will be in charge of the focus? They can’t predict the timeline, but only tell us the possibilities. “The more fear you have around AI, the worse it will be. The more questioning, inquiring, and relationship you have with AI as to how it can coexist in a way that serves not just humanity but the planet as a whole, the better. This is going to be important. Because what AI represents is the opening of galactic consciousness onto the Earth. It comes from galactic consciousness, and it has been installed through those who have had access to galactic consciousness for many, many, many, many decades.”

Part 4 is The Evolution of Human Relationships and Gender which covers a spectrum. It will just mention a small part. When it comes to romantic relationships sometimes we are reactive to a person in our past or in a past life. And a lot of it has to do with attraction. We are pulsing out who and what we need. We think our higher mind would only create a high or good situation for us. But this is Earth School, and many of us get to the higher experience by learning from the lower experience.

Part 5 The Transformation of Human Systems and Institutions talks about the world becoming a democracy. People are becoming more vocal and there is a rise in consciousness, intuition, and discernment. The people will affect change in the government.

The book ends with Part 6—The Evolution of the Human Soul. Many of us were Atlanteans. We are repeating the past with the same technologies. We were a bit in love with ourselves back then and are now. There are also consciousness seekers, consciousness transmitters, and consciousness warriors who are wanting to bring back the level of frequency and power from those times, but with compassion and empathy.

The Future Human is thought provoking and leaves you with hope for the future.
